Kelly is a finance and operations leader with more than 20 years of experience guiding S&P’s financial strategy and supporting the company’s growth.
As Head of Finance, she leads the company’s financial strategy, forecasting, and overall financial management, and partners closely with senior leadership to align financial planning with business objectives and long-term growth.
Kelly joined S&P in 2002 and has played an important role in the company’s evolution over the past two decades. She previously served as Vice President of Corporate Operations, and Vice President of Finance, where she oversaw financial management as well as corporate functions including internal IT operations, human resources, and facilities management. This experience provides her with a broad operational perspective that informs her approach to financial leadership.
Kelly studied Finance and Accounting at Northeastern University.
Outside of work, Kelly enjoys traveling, with Italy being one of her favorite destinations after many visits. She also enjoys cooking for family and friends, spending time at the gym, and relaxing with a good book.
